Emma MacDonnell

Office Manager

Emma joined Denza as an Assistant to the General Manager in 2012. With previous experience as a Junior Accountant from a UK based firm and a BA (Hons) Degree in Accountancy from Portsmouth, Emma brings her aptitude for finance, organisation, ability to oversee multiple diaries and personalities to our team.

She soon gained a promotion to become the company’s Office Manager, which see’s Emma acting as Denza’s liaison for freelance candidates who have been successfully placed, overseeing invoices, assisting with accounts and reclaiming candidate expenses. Emma has most recently taken on the additional responsibilities of arranging candidate interviews both in the UK and overseas as well as assisting our Consultant’s CV presentations. As a highly dynamic team member, Emma holds a pivotal role within our agency in which she is able to utilise her strong people skills and calm nature to manage a variety of tasks and situations.

Emma continues to perform the financial functions for the company and is also point of contact for supplier and clients.
